Well yes I know its been awhile since I posted, I could say busy, or lazy, maybe a combination of both!

Since I touch base last I was on my way to for the Asian leg of our year.
I opted to play an event in Indonesia prior to the LET events as a bit of a warm up to get rid of the jet lag.
We arrived into Jakarta to the hottest most humid temperature I have experienced for quite some time! I didn’t have the best week, but got to see my coach and do a little work on my game ready for China.
The first week was in Shanghai, wow I love this city, as I love a good ‘fake’ bargain!! And I’m not to shy when it comes to bartering!!
I played steady, didn’t do to much wrong yet didn’t do anything exciting so that left me with rounds of 72,71,74 to T34th. Not very pleased with that, but lots of positives to go onto Sanya. I played well at this course last year so its always exciting to play somewhere you know suits you. Well it was much of the same really.. nothing exciting, 72,72,74 to T24th.. But the exciting part was I was going back to Australia. This was the first time I had been back since I had won!! That was very exciting, and I had a very nice welcoming at the airport!
So after a busy couple of weeks at home I was back into things and off to the last 2 weeks of the year.. India and Dubai.
Well i really enjoyed India.. I went and saw the Taj Mahal.. wow what a piece of art that is. Really wanted to tick that one of my bucket list! Done!!
Now back to the golf, was ok again, but couldn’t get anything going. I had been working on a few things prior and wasn’t really trusting it on course, shot rounds 70, 75, 73 to T18.

One more week left for the season to finish on a good note!
Off to Dubai, one of my favourite events of the season. I love the course, the food, and the city!!
I felt like I was hitting the ball well in the lead up and was looking forward to teeing off Thursday.
A steady start with a round of 72 in some tough conditions I felt was ok, and backed it up with a 70 to be mid way of the pack going into the weekend. There felt like there was a lot of birdies out there on the weekend so my rounds of 71 and 72 wernt going to be climbing the leader board much at all. I finished T 34th.
So overall 2012 has been the most memorable year for me, yes I would have loved to finish on a better note, but hey its been great year! 2 wins, 6th on the money list and a lot of confidence in my game to take into the Aussie summer, I could ask for much more!!

So now back to Australia to catch my breath, take some time off, play some tennis, go to the cricket, the beach and spend some time with family and friends!

Thanks to everyone for all you support throughout the year, hope to see some of you over the summer, and enjoy the festive season!
Stace 🙂

Stacey. as you say you may not blog a lot, but hey what you do blog is quality stuff. At some point together it would make a great autobiography by a ‘majors’ winner. Good Luck.
